Vaastu Shastra
– The Indian
Feng Shui
with
Vaastu Consultant Suresh Jaura
Event
Description
Bringing balance and harmony between man, nature and his
buildings, Vaastu Shastra is a subtle art of energy
management practiced in India even before Feng Shui arose in
China or became known to the West.
A seemingly strange mix of science and spirituality, Vaastu
comes from the same Vedic wisdom texts that brought us Yoga,
Meditation and Ayurveda. Vaastu teaches us how to create
harmony in every aspect of our lives by harnessing the
energy and the five elements in our environments.
One ancient text
on the subject claims that “by following the precepts of
vaastu shastra, vigour, joy and prosperity pervade the
universe.”
From designing and decorating homes and creating harmonious
working environments to the building of large temples and
huge cities, the principles of Vaastu Shastra infuse both
the large scale and the minute detail.
Today, with a growing awareness of Vaastu in the western
world, the principles of this ancient art and science are
being applied not just to making homes and work places more
liveable, but are being considered in the initial planning
stages of home building. Join us on April 26th, as Vaastu
consultant and Real Estate broker
Suresh Jaura takes us
through the history and philosophy of Vaastu Shastra, its
applications for our century, the links to real estate and
more!
